Testing the waters

Just bit the bullet and bought an iPad... Thought I would try this out to see about this whole tablet craze... not sure what I think yet. I thought this might allow me to avoid lugging my laptop to work and back... But there are a few features that may not translate... For example, typing is a pain, and kinda slow... Facebook chat seems non existant... Not all website look amazing... Anyone else have an opinion?
